Sistema especializado automático que responde las llamadas entrantes con un saludo programado, entonces da la persona que llama un menú de opciones para su posterior distribución de la llamada. Cuando la persona elige en el menú, se le transfiere automáticamente al número de teléfono correspondiente o al saludo informativo.
