Pozitivan oblik potraživanja potvrde traži kupca da odgovori je li kupac slaže ili ne slaže s klijenta prijavljenih potraživanja ravnoteže. negativan oblik potraživanja potvrde pita klijenta kupca odgovoriti samo ako kupac ne slaže sa stanjem određuje naručitelj. negativan oblik se koristi kada kontrole nad potraživanja su jake i potraživanja se sastoji od brojnih računa s malim stanja. Pozitivan oblik se koristi kada kontrole su slabe ili ima manje, ali su veći računi.
